Supermarket Subscription Plans (SaaS Model)

The Supermarket Application operates on a SaaS (Software as a Service) model where multiple supermarkets (partners) can join the platform by subscribing to specific plans.

Overview

Supermarket owners can request to join the platform from the /supermarket-request portal. They can select a subscription plan that fits their needs (e.g., Basic, Standard, Premium).

Super Admin Controls

The Super Admin manages all incoming requests and subscription plans:

  • Incoming Requests: View requests from new supermarkets, review their selected plans, and approve or reject them.
  • Plan Management: Define what features are included in each plan (e.g., max staff allowed, priority support, marketing tools).
  • Subscription Status: Monitor active subscriptions, renewals, and cancellations for all partner supermarkets.

Partner Flow

  1. Request: A store owner visits the request page, fills out store details, owner details, location, and selects a plan.
  2. Approval: The Super Admin reviews the request. Upon approval, the supermarket account is generated.
  3. Usage: The partner can log in and access features strictly limited to their chosen subscription tier.
