Checkout & Orders

Once you have added everything you need to your cart, it's time to check out.

The Checkout Process

1. Review Cart: Open your Cart and verify all items and quantities. Click Proceed to Checkout.
2. Delivery Address:
   • Select an existing address or click Add New Address.
   • Provide accurate details including Street, City, ZIP code, and any specific Delivery Instructions.
3. Delivery Slots (Optional): If the store supports delivery slots, choose a preferred date and time for delivery.
4. Promo Codes & Loyalty Points:
   • If you have a Promo Code, enter it in the designated box and click Apply to get a discount.
   • If you have earned Loyalty Points from previous purchases, you can choose to apply them to reduce your total bill.
5. Payment Method:
   • Choose your preferred payment method. Options usually include Online Payment (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, etc.) or Cash on Delivery (COD).
   • Note: Some stores may charge a small extra fee for Cash on Delivery.
6. Place Order: Review the final amount (including taxes and delivery charges) and click Place Order.

Order Tracking

After placing an order, you can track its progress:

1. Go to your Account -> My Orders.
2. Click on the order you want to track.
3. You will see the current status (e.g., Pending, Processing, Out for Delivery, Delivered).

OTP Verification for Delivery

For secure deliveries, the store may require an OTP.

• You will receive a Delivery OTP via email or SMS when the order is out for delivery.
• Share this OTP with the delivery person when they arrive to successfully complete the delivery.
