Deliveries & Reports

The Deliveries & Reports module empowers you to assign specific orders to your delivery staff, track real-time delivery statuses, and ensure orders reach customers on time. Additionally, the Reports section provides deep financial insights, allowing you to generate and export sales summaries, tax reports, and inventory valuations for seamless accounting.

1. Delivery Management

If your store handles its own deliveries (instead of using global dispatch):

1. Go to Deliveries.
2. You will see a Kanban board or list of orders categorized by: Ready for Pickup, Out for Delivery, and Delivered.
3. Assigning Boys: Select an order and assign it to one of your Staff members (who has the Delivery Boy role).
4. Tracking: You can monitor the status of the delivery in real-time. Once the boy marks it as delivered on their app, it reflects here.

2. Financial Reports & Exports

To do your accounting, you need hard data.

1. Go to Reports.
2. Generate reports based on specific date ranges.
3. Types of Reports:
   • Sales Report: Total revenue, tax collected, and discounts given.
   • Inventory Report: Current stock valuation and low-stock alerts.
   • Staff Report: Payroll and attendance summaries.
4. Export: Click the Export to CSV/Excel button to download the data and send it to your accountant.
