Customers & Loyalty Program

The Customers & Loyalty module helps you understand and retain your buyer base. Use this section to view deep customer profiles, track their lifetime value (LTV) and order history, and manage the point-based Loyalty Program to reward repeat shoppers and maximize retention.

1. Viewing Customer Profiles

  1. Go to Customers.
  2. Here you will see a list of all customers who have ordered from your store (both online and via POS if tagged).
  3. Click on a customer to view their Order History, Total Spent (LTV), and current Loyalty Points.

2. The Loyalty Program

If enabled in your Store Settings, customers earn points on every purchase.

  1. Earning Points: For example, every ₹100 spent gives 1 point.
  2. Redeeming Points: Customers can apply these points during checkout on the app or you can redeem them at the physical POS counter.
  3. This encourages repeat business and prevents customers from switching to competitors.

3. Managing Store Reviews

  1. Go to Customers -> Reviews (or the dedicated Reviews tab).
  2. Customers can leave 1-to-5 star ratings for your store and specific products.
  3. You should regularly monitor this. Replying to reviews (especially negative ones) shows you care about customer service.
