Account Management

Your account dashboard lets you manage your personal information, addresses, and view your history.

To access your account, log in and click on your Profile Icon or My Account in the navigation menu.

Profile Information

• Edit Profile: Update your Name, Phone Number, and Profile Image.
• Change Password: For security, you can update your password at any time.

Manage Addresses

• Go to My Addresses.
• You can add multiple addresses (e.g., Home, Office).
• You can edit existing addresses, delete them, and set one as your Default Address to speed up future checkouts.

Order History

• Go to My Orders to see a list of all your past and current orders.
• You can click on any order to view the detailed receipt and status history.

Loyalty Points

• Go to Loyalty Points to see your current balance and point history.
• You earn points on purchases (based on the store's rules) and can spend them as discounts on future orders.

Notification Settings

• Go to Settings or Notification Preferences.
• Choose how you want to be contacted (Email, Push Notifications) for Order Updates, Promotions, and Delivery Alerts.
